Hello! I’m Hafsa Ouajdi, a recent graduate in Data Science with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. I thrive on the challenge of extracting meaningful patterns from complex datasets and enjoy using statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization to drive decision-making. My journey in data science has involved hands-on experience with various tools and technologies, and I’m always eager to learn new techniques and methodologies. In addition to working on individual data-driven projects, I’ve collaborated with diverse teams, participating in daily stand-ups, version control, and agile project management.

Data Scientist & Mobility Consultant

Nommon Solutions and Technologies (Madrid, Spain), Dec 2024 – current

• Lead and implement projects to provide mobility indicators and insights using big data analytics and geolocation data.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for mobility analytics, optimizing travel demand forecasting and transport planning.
• Work with transport authorities, operators, and consultants across the world.
• Process and analyze large-scale mobility data (e.g., anonymized mobile network data, GPS data) to extract insights using statistical modeling and AI techniques.

Machine Learning Intern — 6-Months

Paul Wurth (SMS Group) (Luxembourg, Luxembourg), Apr. 2024 – Sep. 2024

•Researched and developed advanced AutoML models leveraging Autoencoders and Transformers for anomaly detection and time series forecasting, contributing to novel machine learning methodologies.
• Automated the end-to-end machine learning pipeline, including data preprocessing, model training, and prediction deployment, through a web-based platform using PyTorch, Next.js, Django, and Docker.
• Engineered a data exploration chatbot integrating the OpenAI API and LangChain, facilitating intuitive data analysis for non-technical stakeholders.

• Researched VR collaboration for industrial applications and authored a survey as a research assistant.
• Designed and built an immersive collaborative tool using Unity3D and C# programming language as part of the ”SADENav” project to enhance industrial navigation experiences.
• Applied deep learning to predict the positions of constrained objects in a 3D environment.

• Developed an advanced deep classification system with 98% accuracy using embeddings and PyTorch.
